Here you will learn the fundamentals of the map developed by Gabrielle Roth and receive guidance through clear instruction and simple exercises. At the same time, the afternoon offers experienced dancers the opportunity to return to the basics and explore their movement more consciously.

The focus is on body awareness, presence, and the joy of authentic expression – in a safe and supportive space.
