Öffne dich dem Geist\, und du wirst verwandelt werden.“ Gabrielle Roth \nIn dir ist Atem\, er bewegt sich ganz natürlich durch dich und schenkt allem Leben. Das Wort „Atem” geht auf das lateinische spiritus zurück – Geist\, Lebenskraft. Wenn du deiner Atmung bewusst wirst\, kehrst du zurück zu deinem Geist\, zu deiner inneren Lehrerin\, deinem Spiegel\, deiner einzigartigen Wahrheit. \nIn diesem Workshop geht es darum\, den Geist zu rufen. An diesem Wochenende nutzen wir die 5Rhythmen Landkarte\, um zu erforschen\, wie unser Atem in unserem sich bewegenden Körper lebt. Wir erforschen\, wie jeder Rhythmus eine eigene Beziehung zu unserem Atem hat. Indem wir mit Intention tanzen und atmen\, bewegen wir uns durch eine Wave und öffnen die Tür zu unserem Geist – hin zu einem Zustand reiner Ekstase. \nSowohl Einsteiger:innen als auch erfahrene Tänzer:innen sind herzlich willkommen. Der Workshop wird in Englisch abgehalten. \nAjay tanzt 5Rhythmen seit über einem Jahrzehnt als Bewegungs- und Meditationspraxis und unterrichtet seit seiner Ausbildung 2014. Open to the spirit\, and you will be transformed.” Gabrielle Roth \nWithin you there is breath\, moving naturally through you and giving life to everything; ‘breath’ comes from the Latin spiritus – spirit\, life force – and by bringing awareness to your breath\, you return to your spirit\, your inner teacher\, your mirror\, your unique truth. \nThis workshop is about invoking the spirit. Over the weekend\, we will use the 5Rhythms map to focus on how our breath lives within our moving body. We will explore how each rhythm has a unique relationship with our breath. As we dance and breathe with intention\, we move through the Wave\, cracking open the door of our spirit into a state of pure ecstasy. \nBeginners and experienced dancers are equally welcome.
