A multifaceted artist /textile\, paper\, installation\, fine art clothing\, theatrical costumes/\, storyteller\, Reiki master. \nIn 2016\, at a ripe old age\, I discovered 5Rhythms. This dynamic movement meditation instantly captivated me\, and I began looking for all possible and impossible ways to bring this newfound wonder to the country where I live. 5Rhythms is for me a relaxation\, a meditation and a journey. This journey connects my stories that make sense. \nI became an accredited 5Rhythms spaceholder in 2018. From this time I offer 5Rhythms classes\, so people have a chance to try and taste how the 5Rhythms path is walked. In 2024 I have finished 5Rhythms teacher training. I love to offer this practice\, where you can find freedom of movement\, release and also… something extra. Gabrielle Roth\, founder of 5Rhythms\, says that everyone will find as much here as they sink deeply into 5Rhythms. So\, come\, I invite you to try this adventure. Connecting with our body and breath and starting to move we get in touch with whatever is in our way – boredom\, inertia\, tightness\, shakiness\, resistance etc. – and we give it breath\, motion\, shape\, we give it a right to exist and than we are free. Free from trying to hard\, from hiding\, from running away\, from staying stuck\, from suffering. Free to surrender to change. There is no way out but trough\, and if we dont start where we are\, we wont get anywhere… Let us experience the power of motion and dive into the landscape of the body and its wisdom navigating trough the map of 5hythms and meeting whathever is there so we can become who we trully are – fully alive human beeings.

DESCRIPTION:Everything we are is constantly moving on a micro level- the air is entering and leaving our lungs\, the liquids of the body circulating\, all of the muscles contracting and relaxing\, the sensations\, the thoughts\, the emotions – all is in permanent flux\, day in\, day out.\nEasing into this movement that is already happening as a given.\nFinding your feet in an empty\, quiet space or in the middle of a chaotic commotion –  that is the first stepping stone of this practice.\nGiving yourself time to connect to the roots of the body and the roots of the dance\, relaxing into the physicality of the moment.\nAllowing whatever shows up with you on the dance floor\, and letting it unravel into a movement\, organically\, giving it permission to shape itself through this body of yours\, through this dance\, again\, again\, and again…\nRooting into the only time this particular movement in this particular body is happening – now. Here.\nThis is the only true stability we have in the movement of all things.

Sie wurde von Gabrielle Roths Sohn Jonathan Horan ausgebildet\, dem Leiter von 5Rhythms Global in New York. Mit Feinfühligkeit und sorgfältig ausgewählter Musik schafft Julia einen Raum\, in dem sich der Körper befreien und die tieferen Schichten der Seele erforschen können. Sie hat einen Master of Arts in Interkultureller Kommunikation und ist in verschiedenen somatischen Praktiken geschult\, darunter CoreSoma. Der Raum\, den sie hält\, führt durch unterschiedliche Qualitäten – von nährend über fokussiert\, ekstatisch und verspielt bis hin zu heilig. Ein zentrales Thema ihres Unterrichts ist die Frage\, wie wir uns wirklich in uns selbst verlieben können und wie Verkörperung zu einer natürlichen Ressource für Heilung wird.

DESCRIPTION:Ich liebe Musik – und zwar gute Musik. Ich mag House\, Dub Techno\, Disco\, Rhythm & Blues\, Soul\, Funk\, World & Spiritual music\, Jazz\, Classic und vielleicht kommt noch was Neues dazu … So hat sich mein Leben ganz von selbst danach ausgerichtet. Musik wurde mein Lebensinhalt\, mein Hobby und schließlich auch meine Berufung. Mittlerweile bin ich seit mehr als 10 Jahren in Wien als DJ unterwegs. „self taught“ so wie ich Alles\, was in mir ein Feuer entfacht\, erlerne. Die ersten Jahre arbeitete ich noch parallel zu meiner Karriere als DJ in der Hotellerie. Seit mehreren Jahren kann ich mich ganz auf die Musik und DJing fokussieren. Mittlerweile beschäftige mich mit DIY Eurorack Synthesizern und bin auch als Produzent tätig. DJing macht mir die größte Freude\, denn für mich ist es eine Ehre Musik für andere Menschen machen zu dürfen und den musikalischen Rahmen für Orte in denen man sich begegnet zu schaffen. Musik\, die universelle Sprache die wir alle verstehen\, brachte mich zu vielen tollen Orten in ganz Österreich und im Ausland.

Manches wird klar wie Winterlicht\, anderes bleibt weich und verschwommen – eine Einladung\, tiefer zu spüren. Schnelligkeit und Stille\, Rückzug und Aufbruch begegnen sich hier. Die Zeit scheint einen eigenen Rhythmus zu atmen.Gemeinsam betreten wir diesen liminalen Raum. Wir tanzen\, um zu lösen\, zu erinnern\, zu öffnen. Exquisite Musik und ein Hauch von Alchemie tragen uns\, während wir die Spuren des vergangenen Jahres würdigen und die ersten Impulse des neuen willkommen heißen. Ein Tanz als Initiation – ein bewusstes Durchschreiten der Schwelle zwischen den Zeiten. Ein Ritual des Wandels\, klar und tief zugleich.
