When we keep our body in the limited shapes of our daily life, we are cut off from our unique path towards wholeness. This weekend workshop is about embodiment, overcoming the restrictive aspects of ourselves and retrieving the wisdom that resides within our body and spirit. As you move with intention, you’ll experience a profound shift from “me-ing” to “be-ing,” opening to a space of pure presence and boundless possibility.
This 2,5-Day Workshop is led in English.
The workshop counts as 2.5 Waves days for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.
Prerequisites: 15 hours of 5Rhythms Waves level hours.
