What is Into The Wild?
Into The Wild offers a transformative space to reconnect with your wild, creative essence—the vitality you were born to embody.
Through conscious dance, we will explore freedom, authenticity, and self-expression.
Together, we’ll explore The Seven Requests every child is born with: a safe home, the right to enjoyment, uniqueness, closeness, and freedom of expression, thinking, and being.
Our True Nature
When I seek to reconnect with my true nature, I look to my young children. Their curiosity, energy, and honesty remind me of the wildness within us all. They live with raw expression, endless creativity, and a belief that anything is possible—qualities we all have, yet life’s challenges often hide them.
The Seven Requests in Movement
The Seven Requests are based on Shai Orr’s Miraculous Parenting Approach, which is based on the work of the Israeli therapist and author of Parenting as an Act of Miracle and Without Boundaries.
Each day, we’ll explore one request—dancing, embodying its fullness, and uncovering its shadows.
We will deepen our connection to all aspects of our being through conscious dance, embodiment practices, writing, and inquiries.

Your Perfect Nourishing Environment
Set in the serene surroundings of Artis Umbria, this retreat offers the perfect space for healing, empowerment, and transformation.
Seven days of dancing, moving, and living together in nature will create the ideal conditions to reconnect with our wildness as individuals and as a community.
Artis Umbria
Artis Umbria is an eco-somatic health oasis dedicated to personal well-being and the earth’s vitality.
We explore our connection with nature, including animals, plants, and fungi, and approach everything as artists, creating momentary communities.
What Is Included?
- Accommodation for 8 days (7 nights)
- 3 daily vegetarian meals
