THE WARRIOR WITHIN: HAKA EXPERIENCE (3h)

In this haka experience, you will:
🔥 Tap into your inner warrior – find strength and resilience for life’s challenges.
🔥 Express power with control – channel emotion safely and with purpose.
🔥 Understand haka’s meaning – explore its deep cultural roots and symbolism.
🔥 Move, breathe, and embody haka – learn and perform a powerful haka .

This workshop blends movement, voice, and deep connection. It will awaken power, pride, and unity within you.
Whether you’re new to haka or want to deepen your experience, this is a safer and supportive space to explore your warrior spirit.
You will learn haka as it was taught to me by my teacher Matiu Te Huki, creator of the haka Taku Mana E.

⏰ When: 09:30-12:30 – Arrival from 09:00
