The Warrior Within: HAKA Experience

May the breath of Haka start a fire in you and awaken the transformative power of your inner warrior – a warrior that will walk with you for the rest of your life.

Are you ready to learn a powerful haka, created by Matiu Te huki, an inspiring Māori musician and cultural ambassador? Haka is the ceremonial “war dance” coming from the Māori culture, New Zealand. Through teaching haka, with Matiu’s blessing, I strive to inspire people of all genders, backgrounds and ages to rediscover their inner warrior.

In this workshop, the ancient practice of haka meets personal development & empowerment, allowing you to explore your strength and emotions in a safer, supportive environment.

In this 6-hours experience, open to all genders, you will be invited to:

• learn and perform an extremely powerful haka
• learn how to access and use the energy of your inner warrior to face real life challenges
• learn how to feel and show your  power and even anger while being fully in control and safe for yourself and others
• learn haka cultural background, profound meaning and symbolism
• experience in your body how power & love can coexist, sharing a beautiful message of strength, pride and unity among nature, humanity and genders.

Light veggie snacks and refreshments will be provided during short breaks. Please bring your own packed lunch for the longer break.
