This weekend workshop is about embodiment, overcoming the restrictive aspects of ourselves and retrieving the wisdom that resides within our body and spirit. As you move with intention, you’ll experience a profound shift from “me-ing” to “be-ing,” opening to a space of pure presence and boundless possibility.

The workshop counts as 2.5 Waves days for the 5Rhythms Teacher Training.

Prerequisites: 15 hours of 5Rhythms Waves level hours.
