Dieser Workshop findet mit Sabin Parzer statt.

In diesem offenem Wochenendworkshop vertiefen wir uns in die Praxis des Authentic Movements, unterstützt durch Elemente der visionary CranioSacralwork, Feldenkrais und Faszienarbeit. Authentic Movement (AM) ist eine Bewegungspraxis, bei der wir innere Impulse erforschen und sie durch Bewegung, Tanz und Stimme ausdrücken. Wir begegnen dem Selbst, Anderen und der Umgebung in einer wertfreien, mitfühlenden Haltung, geben dem Raum “was ist”. AM erlaubt uns den inneren Körper zu “begreifen”, visionary Craniosacralwork unterstütz die Qualität des “zu sich Kommen’s” und kann Spannungen im Körper lösen.

Der spezielle Zugang Authentic Movement in Verbindung mit Berührungsmethoden, hilft tiefere Schichten des anatomischen, psycho-spirituellen und expressiven Körpers zu öffnen, neue Ausdrucksformen im Tanz, mit der Stimme und im Malen zu erlauben, und unsere natürliche Spiritualität im Hier und Jetzt zu leben.

Dieser Workshop ist offen für alle Teilnehmer*innen.

Workshop with Sabin Parzer

In this open weekend workshop we will delve into the practice of Authentic Movement, supported by elements of visionary CranioSacralwork, Feldenkrais and Fascia work. Authentic Movement (AM) is a movement practice in which we explore inner impulses and express them through movement, dance and voice. We encounter the Self, others and the environment through a non-judgmental, compassionate attitude, giving space to “what is”. AM allows us to “touch on” the inner body, visionary craniosacral work supports the quality of “coming to oneself” and can release deeply held tensions in the body.

The special approach Authentic Movement in connection with touch methods, helps to open deeper layers of the anatomical, psycho-spiritual and creative body, to allow new forms of expression in dance, with the voice and in painting, and to embody our natural spirituality in the here and now.

This workshop is open to all participants.
