Roots – 5Rhythms Live Wire Ritual Theatre Lab

Live Wire is an embodied ritual theatre investigation, grounded in the movement maps of 5Rhythms®, devoted to the shapeshifting nature of physical art, and guided by the vision of Lorca Simons and Gabrielle Roth. Designed to inspire, refresh, re-set and connect. Our time will include movement, creative excavations, collective truth-telling and beauty-making. 
Delivering one’s self back to the artistic nature of the body. Sculpting spirit into shape, 
Writing soul into story, Dancing mind into the wind and tracing the heart home.
The beauty of our practice, from a theatrical perspective, lies in the opportunity to reflect life—absorbing all its richness and offering it back to the dance, again and again.

In living this practice as artists we embody the rhythms through every breath we take, through every offering we make. Each gesture an extension of our body, heart, mind, soul & spirit.
