INRELATIONSHIP – a 5Rhythmen-Wave with Marcella Panseri

Open-Wave zum Workshop: A day to explore the theme of relationships through movement. How do we act, how do we move, what do we do, what don’t we do? What do we bring to the table? How available, unavailable, closed, open are we? How much do we lose ourselves in the other, and how much do we not lose ourselves in the other? How true, naked, can we be, removing masks and strategies? We will explore how relationship move in our life with 5Rhythms maps and we will use especially the second rhythms: Staccato. The one that is related to expression and dialogue and heart and boundaries and fire and connection.
