    Shapeshifting can be a very useful concept as we explore how we can transform our lives.It is all about the shifting instead of the shape. The proces instead of the product.     JULIA MERCURIO ist eine zertifizierte 5Rhythmen-Lehrerin mit 15 Jahren Tanzerfahrung. Sie wurde von Gabrielle Roths Sohn Jonathan Horan ausgebildet, dem Leiter von 5Rhythms Global in New York. Mit Feinfühligkeit und sorgfältig ausgewählter Musik schafft Julia einen Raum, in dem sich der Körper befreien und die tieferen Schichten der Seele erforschen können. Sie hat einen Master of Arts in Interkultureller Kommunikation und ist in verschiedenen somatischen Praktiken geschult, darunter CoreSoma. HEART · BODY is a Heartbeat-level workshop dedicated to embodied emotional awareness. Through the moving body, we explore emotions not as stories to analyze, but as energetic forces that inform, move and transform us.     Über JUP JANSONIUS: Im a dedicated dancer since 30 years and teaching 5Rhythms for 12 years now. The first time I stepped on a 5rhythms dancefloor I had the feeling that somebody switch on the light bulb of my life. It was as if ,for the first time, I understood life in its essence and at the same time I felt myself deeply dropping into the mystery of not knowing anything. It was the most liberating experience and ever since that moment im a forever student in this practice. Each dance is a new discovery, each step an adventure.
