Nina ist Tänzerin – Künstlerin, Malerin, Poetin, Performerin und 5Rhythmen-Lehrerin. Sie hat zwei Masterabschlüsse absolviert: den ersten in Ästhetik, mit der These, dass Künstler*innen heute selbst zu ihrem Kunstwerk werden, den zweiten in Malerei zum Thema Bodypainting, wobei sie ihren eigenen Stil des Körperbemalens entwickelt hat. Seit über zehn Jahren tanzt sie die 5Rhythmen und hat ihre Ausbildung 2021 abgeschlossen. Seither bietet sie Workshops unter dem Titel „Dancing with Colours“ für Menschen mit Behinderung an, in denen sie 5Rhythmen mit Kunst verbindet. Sie lebt als freischaffende Künstlerin und teilt ihre Gaben mit der lokalen Gemeinschaft. Zudem engagiert sie sich ehrenamtlich im Hospiz und in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Behinderung. Tim Barnes ist Tänzer, DJ, Motorrad-Bastler und Abenteurer auf dem Pferderücken – mit mehr Fragen als Antworten. Er nutzt Verkörperung als Grundlage seiner Kunst und ist entschlossen, seinen Worten Taten folgen zu lassen. Aus einem unscheinbaren Hintergrund kommend, hat die Praxis der 5Rhythmen 2012 seine Welt erschüttert und bot ihm die Möglichkeit, sich auf den Rhythmus eines tieferen Mysteriums einzustimmen. Nach Jahren des Reisens, der Entwurzelung und der Suche nach sich selbst fand er zu dieser Praxis. Die Rhythmen boten ihm gleichermaßen Stabilität und Spannung.
