By harnessing the wisdom of our body we can embark on a journey beyond the realms of the mind, unearthing our deeper truth and resurfacing our clarity.

Together and alone we will be following our feet into the mystery. Using the rhythms as highways to our depth. The beat as a connection to something bigger than ourselves. Surrender as a path to soul.

Embodiment is about taking the non-physical and making it physical. It’s about altering the time space continuum and travelling beyond its linear nature.

We will be exploring what truths present themselves when we really trust in the trance of the dance.
